HumanDimensions specialises in supporting dynamic processes and providing training in skills with which to make use of (cultural) differences within organisations. This could include the implementation of diversity policies, international management, post-merger courses, changes of culture, resolution of merger difficulties, global leadership, multicultural teams, strategic influence, etc.

We facilitate learning, development and change processes through the application of a mixed range of interventions: from training, individual and team coaching, strategy sessions, interactive presentations and large-scale group interventions.

As a range of expertise is often required within any one specific process, HumanDimensions has a broad network of specialists at its disposal in the areas of change and change processes, organisation, sales, mergers & acquisitions, personal development and vitality. The most appropriate team of facilitators is assembled for each assignment.

HumanDimensions was set up in 2006 by Jitske Kramer. Having studied Cultural Anthropology, she worked from 1998 to 2006 at a well-known and highly rated training and consulting company in the Netherlands. Jitske is an experienced trainer / coach in the area of communication and leadership and specialises in working in culturally diverse environments, both in the Netherlands and abroad. She is the author of the book 'Normaal is anders! Leidinggeven aan culturele dynamiek in teams', translated into English as 'Managing Cultural Dynamics'.
