Inspired, innovative, and goal-oriented


HumanDimensions was established by Jitske Kramer in 2006. After receiving her Master's degree in cultural anthropology, she joined a well-known training and consulting company in the Netherlands. 

Jitske Kramer is an experienced trainer and coach in the fields of communication and leadership; leadership, intercultural communication, and the management of cultural dynamics in teams are her specialities.

 

Her work focuses on the cultural as well as the personal level. As a child she often wondered: "Why do people do the things the way they do?" This question still puzzles her sometimes.


HumanDimensions facilitates learning, development, and change processes. This means exploring problems and desires, and defining the right intervention. This can be training, individual or team coaching, customized cabaret, or, interactive presentations.


HumanDimensions collaborates with a network of partners who have additional expertise in the areas of international business, management, communication, and consultancy. Each client will work with a committed, customized team consisting of experienced and highly educated professionals – trainers, consultants, coaches, training actors and country experts.
