HumanDimensions is an international network set up by Jitske Kramer in 2006. The driving force behind our organisation is our ambition to better apply the ‘dynamics of differences’ within organisations and teams, and between individuals.

 

 

Diversity and (cultural) change demand a specific approach and guidance.
